What I stand for

People matter.
How we lead matters.

Human dignity

People have worth beyond what they produce. Leadership should respect their humanity, voice, and capacity to grow.

Integrity in practice

Values must shape decisions, relationships, and systems. The way we pursue a mission should reflect the mission itself.

Shared responsibility

Healthy leaders equip others. Clear expectations and honest accountability help people contribute with confidence.

Sustainable results

Performance and well-being belong in the same conversation. Success should strengthen people and organizations over time.

My Christian faith grounds my understanding of dignity, stewardship, and service. I bring that foundation with respect for the beliefs and experiences of the people in the room.
